Travel Insurance – Below are 3 links to documents containing instructions, information and a roster/manifest for Travel Insurance. Please CAREFULLY READ these documents to see if you or your group might be interested in purchasing the package being offered. Please be aware that certain restrictions apply to this program. This insurance is optional and the cost IS NOT included as a part of your pilgrim package through the Archdiocese.
Details are described in the document, but
in brief, this program is offered to young members (“students” – less
than 25 years old) at substantially reduced rates. One Chaperone for
every five students is eligible to register in this program. If your
group has more than one Chaperone for every 5 students, please contact
us and we will send you the standard insurance program for the balance
of your Chaperones.

This insurance program is NOT sponsored by the Archdiocese of
San Antonio and is the sole responsibility of the individual or group
purchasing the plan. The Travel Insurance information was
provided by our tour company Quest Travel Group. Any
questions you may have about the Travel Insurance program must be asked
to TravelEX and not to the World Youth Day core team members of
Archdiocese of San Antonio. TravelEX personnel are the only
people qualified to accurately answer questions pertaining to this
Travel Insurance program and a toll free number is included in the
documentation.
